Charity Ball – Room Lighting & Sound Hire

March 7th was the annual Charity Event for HCPT Group 25. Each year we provide their production so their night runs smoothly and raises money for their trip to Lourdes.

This year was no different, with the night needing full room lighting setup and sound for the band. We installed room lighting in 2 rooms, the main hall at Headlam Hall Hotel and in the Lounge are for the choir who were performing. All LED fixtures meaning we could make the room look amazing, whilst keeping it tidy. The colour this year was Gold, but once the band started we had full control of the room lighting to colour the room anything we wanted.

The band, The Jailbirds travelled from Manchester to play. They required a full PA with 3 vocals and back line. We supplied and ran it all for them, the room posed some issues but we overcame it and it could not have gone better! Over £2000 raised on the night.

The night finished with us providing our Mobile Disco services, rounding the night off!
